There are four main groups of people working together in the Round Robin Project. The groups are open for new participants and we plan to start rotating some of the members as soon we have a first working version of the Round Robin Tool.

The steering committee (SC):
During the creation time of the RRT, the steering committee is in charge of:
- coordinating the project
- deciding on policies and best practices
- communication with the community
- finances

Once the software is functional, the steering committee will turn into a caretaking team of 3 representatives of CI communities of different cultures / continents. The caretaking team will change regularly according to a rotation principle. The caretakers will replace the steering committee members one by one in order to assure a good transition and support a continuity.
The details of this process will be clarified in a workgroup during a conference once the completion of the RRT is in sight.

The technical committee (TC):
The technical committee is in charge of :
- specification & design of the RRT in cooperation with the SC
- communication to/with local webmasters
- suggest new technical options / advise on what's technically and resource wise possible/achievable
- implement the RRT / maintain the RRT after its first launch
- advise/inform the SC regarding security, technology developments issues
- continue acting as a motor of the vision of keeping the RRT a decentralized/independent tool
